Learn more about our team and our mission at Spherion.com/Atlanta.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Talent Coordinator to support our recruitment team and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every candidate and client we serve. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our recruiting process—coordinating interviews, managing applicant data, and assisting with outreach efforts to attract top talent across the Greater Atlanta market.You’ll also represent Spherion at community events and career fairs, helping to build awareness of our brand and strengthen our network of qualified candidates. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for applicants throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate journey.Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews, manage logistics, and support candidates and hiring managers with all necessary details.Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality.Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing, screening, and processing resumes to identify qualified candidates.Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as application processing, onboarding assistance, and document management.Talent Sourcing: Proactively search major job boards and other platforms to build candidate pipelines for current and future openings.Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the team to identify creative ways to increase candidate flow and engagement.Events & Outreach: Represent Spherion Greater Atlanta at job fairs, networking events, and community programs to promote our career opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate data and communications.Proficiency with Google Suite and related Google tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Documents, and basic technical proficiency in LinkedIn and Facebook to manage our online presence.A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.BenefitsCompetitive compensationPaid time off, birthday PTO, and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within Spherion’s national networkA supportive, people-first work environment focused on community impact and professional developmentJoin Our TeamAt Spherion Greater Atlanta, you’ll play a key role in shaping the careers of others while building your own.
