As an integral part of the Talent & Culture department, you will provide efficient administrative support across key areas including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and compliance. Your efforts will help ensure seamless HR operations and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture that drives the growth and success of our franchise group.What You'll Be Cooking Up: Administrative DutiesActivate new employees on PaySpace and allocate clock/employee numbersProcess terminations and maintain accurate tracker sheetsManage HR platforms including GEM and SSAMRespond to Talent & Culture queries with professionalism and discretionComplete and submit ISM forms in line with internal protocolsCapture statutory and injury-on-duty (IOD) leave accurately OnboardingConduct thorough background checks for new hiresReview and verify onboarding documentationEnter new employee information into PaySpace and ensure data integrity Recruitment & DevelopmentDraft employment offers and contractsCoordinate with departments regarding external appointmentsSupport the execution of the Assessment and Development process Benefits AdministrationAdminister and update provident fund dataProcess withdrawal and retirement claimsOversee the ‘Smart Exit’ process for departing employeesManage benefit-related documentation and respond to queries Certification ManagementFacilitate the internal certification process Ad Hoc DutiesProvide reception relief and general office support as requiredWhy You'll Love It Here:1+ years of administrative experience (preferably in hospitality or HR)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and work under pressureProfessional demeanor and telephone etiquetteAbility to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.Why You'll Love It Here:Competitive salary and bonuses.Comprehensive benefits.Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible work environment.Ready to make an impact?
