Key educational requirement:You’re currently studying a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. You have a strong interest in people’s development, culture, and internal communication. You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working on multiple projects at once. You're comfortable using digital tools and collaborating in an international environment. Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
