Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for applicants, responding to inquiries via email, phone, or chat. Guide candidates through application procedures and resolve any issues they encounter. Assist with interview scheduling, assessment coordination, and status updates. Maintain accurate records of candidate communication and support activity. Provide feedback to the recruitment team on common applicant concerns or process improvements.
Ensure a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, HR, or applicant support preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and productivity tools. Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency setting is a plus. Familiarity with HR or CRM platforms.
