In this role, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, and ensure we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent to help drive our business forward.You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies, deliver a world-class candidate experience, and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. You will also manage and mentor a small team of contract recruiters, ensuring alignment, consistency, and quality across all hiring initiatives.We’re specifically looking for someone with a deep understanding of technical recruiting, ideally within SaaS environments, including Product & Engineering, Data Architecture, and Salesforce recruiting. This is a contract position, perfect for a hands-on recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact, and fully remote setting.Responsibilities of a Talent Manager:Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across all departments, with a strong focus on technical and go-to-market positionsOversee and support a small team of contract recruiters (2-3), ensuring consistent processes, strong communication, and timely delivery of hiring goalsPartner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop job descriptions, and establish clear success profilesBuild and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreachScreen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experienceProvide data-driven insights through recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hireCollaborate with the People Operations team to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring activitiesStay ahead of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative recruiting strategies to continuously evolve our approachAct as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, offering market insights and recommendations for attracting top-tier talentYou will be successful in this role if you have:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting in SaaS or technology companies2+ years of experience managing a small to medium recruitment team, preferredProven experience hiring for Product & Engineering, Data Architecture, and Salesforce rolesPrior experience managing or mentoring contract recruiters or recruiting teamsDeep understanding of recruiting best practices, from sourcing to offer negotiationStrong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in Lever (ATS) and modern sourcing platformsExceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringMediafly is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
