Ariad is hiring a Talent Manager. In this role you’ll shape what working for Ariad really means. With the implementation of strategic talent initiatives you’ll impact employee engagement and retention, playing a major role in company growth.Ariad specializes in digital marketing. Our teams work with major clients and brands across Europe. You’ll be part of the Ariad HQ team reporting to Javi Cuadra and part of the broader Sisu Group Talent Management Team with your dotted line manager being Jason Wynant.Main responsibilities:Talent management strategy: Implement and lead the Sisu Group’s talent management strategy within Ariad, adapting policies to the specific needs of key clients.Performance management: Drive the performance management cycle for consultants, actively involving Business Managers in the evaluation and development process.Internal communication: Manage Ariad-specific internal communication (mobile app, event organization, key information sharing).Talent development: Develop and monitor individual development plans and performance improvement plans for target groups.Onboarding and offboarding: Oversee the integration and departure of consultants, conducting onboarding presentations and exit interviews and analyzing trends to enhance the employee experience.L&D budget management: Manage Ariad’s Learning & Development budget and collaborate with the Group Talent Manager on group-wide training initiatives.Required skills & qualifications:At least 4 years of proven experience in talent management, learning & development and/or as an HR business partner.Fluency in Dutch and English; ability to hold a conversation in French when necessary.Knowledge of the Dutch market or experience with the Netherlands is a strong asset.Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong affinity for networking, and participation in events.Ability to build connections among consultants, foster team spirit, and integrate easily into new groups.Working conditions:Hybrid position: 2 days of remote work per week, 1 mandatory day at the Braine l’Alleud office, 1 mandatory day at the Antwerp office, and 1 day of your choice between Antwerp or Braine.Travel to Spain (twice a year for a team week with the Spanish HQ team).Occasional travel to the Netherlands as needed (for Dutch consultants events or client visits).Our offer:A stimulating full-time position within a dynamic team where initiative and proactivity are encouraged.A gross monthly base salary between 3 200 and 4 000 euros based on your experience.32 vacation days (20 legal + 12 working time reduction days)1 seniority day every 5 years (An extra annual vacation day for every 5 years you spend with us)Mobility budget between 742 and 800 euros (A budget on top of your base salary that you can spend on a company car or tax free on other items such as public transport, your rent or mortgage)Net allowance (200 to 230 euro’s depending on mobility budget option)Meal vouchers (7 euro’s per working day, 1,09 euro of personal contribution)Eco vouchers (250 euro’s for a complete working year)Sector premium (323,69 euro’s per year for a complete working year)Group insurance (no personal contribution)DKV hospital insuranceAnnual bonus related to personal results13th month and holiday payA subscription to the Benefits at Work platform for bargain huntersBring your own device (a monthly allowance so you can use your own phone and are not stuck with a phone you don’t like)A mobile phone subscription (with illimited texting and calling to national numbers and 40 GB of mobile data)Training & development opportunitiesFree fruit and sugar free soft drinks in the office (and of course free coffee, tea and water, but that’s not very special)A friendly environment: annual ski trip, regular after-work events, and team-building activitiesA wellbeing program with lots of activities throughout the year like sports, healthy cooking workshops, meditation…Curious to know more about this opportunity ?Don't wait any longer and apply !
