InternationalHuman ResourcesPermanentMilano, ITTalent & Organizational Development Specialist - Bolton InternationalWe are looking for a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to join the HR Team in Bolton International.How you make the differenceAs Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global talent initiatives that enhance leadership capability, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and overall culture. As part of your role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Centers of Excellence to execute talent strategies across countries, ensuring consistency, scalability in alignment with Bolton’s HR strategy.How Your Agenda Looks LikeSupport Global Talent Programs – Execute key talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, career frameworks, and talent review cycles across countries.Develop and Deliver OD Solutions – Contribute to organizational development initiatives including culture programs, team effectiveness interventions, and change management support.Learning & Capability Development – Help design and coordinate global learning programs, supporting capability building for leaders and employees.Data & Insights – Analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and provide insights that enhance decision-making and improve program effectiveness.Stakeholder Partnership – Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and global teams to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of talent and OD initiatives across all countries.Your TeamYou will report to the Group People Development & Organization Effectiveness Director and functionally to the Bolton International HR function.While this role does not include direct reports, you will have a strong influence within the BU, working closely with HRBPs, local HR teams, and BU leaders to drive people and organizational initiatives.What Makes You a Great FitEducationDegree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.Work Experience2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnership with a particular passion for Talent, Learning and OD —ideally in a multinational environment.Experience supporting performance management cycles, talent reviews, leadership development, and/or change management initiatives will be considered a plus.
