We work closely with the NHS and with public authorities across all nations and regions of the UK.What You'll Be DoingAs our new Talent Partner, you'll join on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation and Technology teams. Your work will go beyond simply sourcing candidates - you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring we attract, assess, and select individuals who not only bring the right skills but also share our values and vision.As a trusted advisor to our tech hiring managers, you'll ensure we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across engineering, data and software. You'll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for all tech roles, designing targeted strategies, creating inclusive processes, and delivering a seamless candidate experience in a highly competitive market. Your key responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesInclusive Recruitment: Create equitable processes that ensure fair outcomes for all, and actively foster diversity within our organisationTalent Pipelining: Build and nurture relationships with future talent, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our organisation competitiveSeamless Candidate Experience: Support candidates through every step of the process, from applications to interviews, ensuring they feel valued and supportedContinuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to impactful projects that elevate our Talent Acquisition practices and positively influence the wider People & Culture teamRequirementsYou'll thrive in this role if you're:Experienced in tech and data recruitment: You've led end-to-end hiring for complex technical roles - think software engineers, data scientists, and cloud specialists and know how to build strategies to engage talent in a highly competitive market. Fluent in the language of technology: You're comfortable talking tech with hiring managers, understand the nuances of data and digital roles, and can translate business needs into effective recruitment actions. A strategic communicator: You bring emotional intelligence, curiosity, and commercial awareness to every conversation - able to influence stakeholders and build trust with both hiring managers and candidates.
