Our 'Sourcing-as-a-Service' model transforms traditional recruitment into a data-driven, AI-enabled, and globally coordinated sourcing engine covering North America, Europe, and South America.Position SummaryAs a Talent Sourcer, you will be part of Viewin’s Sourcing-as-a-Service team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top global talent to support clients in various industries e.g. technology, bioscience, automotive etc. You will leverage advanced tools, AI data analysis, and global sourcing pods to build high-quality candidate pipelines for critical hiring projects.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in recruitment kick-off meetings to learn more details beyond job descriptions such as clients’ business, team structure, industries, ideal candidates’ portfolio and target companies etc. Utilize recruiting tools such as: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ChatGPT to map and search candidates Conduct first-round outreaching with personalized messaging to confirm interest and suitability.Record and categorize sourcing data and potential candidates’ profiles in Linkedin Projects and related databases for future reference and trackingMeanwhile working closely with recruitment consultants and HR advisors to refine keywords, adjust sourcing channels, and improve hit rates.Deliver Shortlists with candidate summaries, contact history, and qualification notes to recruiters or clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Passionate on talent acquisition and development of HR-related skills Strong communication and writing skills in English; Mandarin is an asset for Chinese client coordination.High attention to detail, time management, and data accuracy.1–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting research (agency or in-house) will be a plus.What We OfferYou will have access to the premium Lindedin Recruiter tools You will be coached by senior HR professionals Continuous training in AI sourcing tools and international HR compliance.Clear career path
