This is the first step towards becoming a member of the consulting team at Adept Group. You will be part of a specific training program in order to grow and develop the skills to perform the job at its fullest. You will be a member of a small and dynamic team and responsible for various tasks part of the talent sourcing process.Responsibilities:• Develop a network of specially targeted IT professionals, using tools provided by the company.• Assist your team leader in targeted searches by following specific requirements.• Pitch our top-tiered clients’ job opportunities to candidates.• Assist in meetings to understand the assessment process.• Manage, organize, and edit information and documents to efficiently perform the consulting process.You are:• Sales-oriented with proven achievements in a sales environment or looking to step up your career in a competitive, challenging, but very rewarding opportunity in the IT sector in Japan.• Capable to read, write, and speak fluent English to communicate with our clients and candidates in a professional manner.
