Legal CounselResponsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, IOs and internal contracts;Provide informed intra-group legal advice;Provide legal support on banking applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and liaising with financial institutions as needed;Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance related to business transactions;Assist with corporate matters, regulatory filings, and risk management policies;Work closely with internal departments, including finance, commercial, and operations teaks, to ensure legal and commercial alignment. Requirements:
Degree in law (Masters degree preferred);Minimum of 2 years experience in gaming law, contract negotiation, and financial regulatory compliance;Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-friendly legal advice.
