🎨 We're Hiring: On-Site Shopify Designer📍 Location: On-site (Tirana) 🗓️ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09: 00 – 17: 00 (local time)Are you a designer who lives and breathes e-commerce? We're looking for a Shopify Designer who can take a storefront from wireframe to high-converting reality and keep iterating to improve performance. You’ll design layouts in Figma, bring them to life in Shopify using tools like Replo, Instant, or the native theme editor, and track results through A/B testing and analytics. Expect to be hands-on with everything from homepage banners to landing pages, navigation tweaks, and fine-tuning every detail to match brand guidelines.
What You’ll Do: Turn mockups into pixel-perfect, functional pagesRun tests and monitor analytics to optimize for conversions and AOVImplement brand-aligned updates across Shopify storesOccasionally assist with basic store setup tasks (collections, shipping, apps, etc. )Must-Haves: Strong visual design portfolioHands-on experience with Shopify themes (Liquid knowledge is a bonus)Confidence with analytics dashboardsA test-and-optimize mindsetNice-to-Haves: Light Shopify VA experience (e. g. , setting up products, shipping tiers, configuring apps)Curiosity and resourcefulness, you love figuring out what improves performance📩 Apply directly at hr@talentbridge. al or send your CV privately via DM.
