You’ll work across systems, platforms, and processes to help keep everything on track. Key responsibilities include:
Posting and managing job advertisements across platformsNavigating recruitment and HR systems with confidenceResponding to and resolving queries in the Turbo ticketing systemSupporting compliance through reference checks and documentation follow-upAccurately updating candidate progress and status in systemsSupporting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administrationProactively identifying gaps or delays and taking action to resolve themAbout YouYou’re a task-oriented, motivated individual who enjoys supporting a busy team and playing an important behind-the-scenes role in recruitment success. You thrive on structure, but you’re also happy to take initiative and dig deeper when needed. You’ll also bring:
