What You'll Be DoingOrchestrating HR Communications: Be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and manage the team inbox with timely, professional responses. Managing Digital Ecosystems: Set up accounts and troubleshoot issues on platforms like HubSpot and Hubstaff. Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensure employee records and HR data remain accurate and up to date. Driving Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly HR Manpower Reports and assist with other reporting needs. Championing Organizational Excellence: Maintain digital filing systems and manage documents for efficient workflows. Supporting HR Operations: Assist with administrative tasks and internal communications to keep the team running smoothly.
What We're Looking ForAt least two years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, ideally within a BPO or remote setting. Proactive self-starter with exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities. Keen eye for detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Forms. Familiarity with Canva is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical RequirementsStable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds. Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
