Your Role as an Operations Customer ExpertYou will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and helping the client achieve its mission of making money work for everyone. As the first point of contact via chat, phone, or email, you will handle customer inquiries with efficiency, care, and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesResolve a wide range of customer queries through chat, calls, or email, ensuring first-contact resolution. Manage customer issues end-to-end, including complex cases, while building trust. Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution (including chargebacks), and complaints. Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating where necessary. Contribute to team improvement by coaching peers and providing feedback. Adapt to evolving business priorities and customer needs. What We Are Looking ForFluent in English (C1 minimum) — written and spoken. Minimum of 12 months experience in banking, payments, or customer support. Experience handling complaints, fraud, disputes, or vulnerable customers is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability, emotional intelligence, and comfort working with targets and KPIs. Salary & BenefitsMonthly Gross Salary Package: €1,237. 83 Performance Bonus: up to €100 per month, based on targets. Private health and dental insurance from contract signature.
