Collaborators in change  Tandem is proud to offer a workplace with diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds which leads to a unique company culture for our people and a better experience for our customers.   Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrow  As a CMO Coordinator at Tandem your focus will be on:  Assisting with the Production and distribution of monthly portfolio level delivery reports, timely minute circulation and ongoing action tracking Analysis and reporting of key performance metrics across multiple Delivery teams Ongoing management of the portfolio resource profile, including time recording, monitoring utilisation against forecast and challenging where appropriate.

 Portfolio financial management across resource spend and external implementation costs, including distribution of reporting/MI to Delivery teams Provide independent tracking to monitor whether initiatives are delivering their expected benefits (financial, or otherwise), and ensure appropriate measures are in place to validate and track when the benefits are realised. 
 Tracking and reporting of cost benefit analysis with the Delivery teams Triage, allocation, reporting and the progression of small and large change requests through the Change Management System.

 Oversight and audit of the central delivery repositories to ensure its kept up to date Support the leadership team in tracking and managing of audit findings and open committee actions Supporting finance team with capitalisation reporting Support the Delivery Senior Leadership Team when needed We’d love to hear from you if you have:  Experience of creating MI/ Reporting and other control information for senior management, suitable for Exec level meetings The ability to identify, extract and summarize key information from multiple data sources.

 Demonstrated experience in a business environment that demands strong attention to detail, effective teamwork, and the ability to work independently to achieve objectives.  Experience of working effectively to demanding deadlines, prioritising own workload with minimal supervision Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills Excellent communication skills and an understanding of communication approaches, including tailoring messages to suit the audience, along with the ability to form constructive relationships with people at all levels within the organisation An individual who has excellent attention to detail with a commercial acumen It would be great, but not essential if you have:

 Experience working collaboratively as part of a project team, contributing to shared goals, supporting team members, and effectively communicating to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives within established timelines and scope.  Experience using project development software such as Jira, Asana and Monday.
