A day in the life: Create unique and robust search strategies to identify top talent within the Heathcare industry.

Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to offer/negotiation. Build talent networks by developing prospects into qualified candidates through continued engagement and relationship building. Collaborate with clients to fully understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance based on job market. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and use all resources to find the best fit for candidates and open roles. Conduct continued research to stay abreast of industry trends and become a subject matter expert for clients and candidates. About you:
