We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director and Senior Manager to drive business, revenue, and product growth through the origination of new strategic partnerships, product partnerships, distribution and syndication partnerships, as well as enabling new monetization strategies across our client’s product ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful business development strategies, evaluating new opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, coordinating internal workflows, negotiating agreements, and forging key partnerships to expand market presence and drive growth.
This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, strategic vision, creativity, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends. About the roleThis is not a sales position. The role focuses on strategy, execution, and long-term partnership development. It is based at our client’s headquarters in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop business and revenue growth plans in alignment with senior leadership and company prioritiesEvaluate and manage new strategic opportunities including technologies, products, partnerships, and joint venturesConduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamicsLead due diligence, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with company goalsDefine and execute the vision and strategies for partnership and business development initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and drive executionBuild and maintain relationships with key partners, industry leaders, and stakeholdersNegotiate and structure partnership agreements that support company objectivesMentor and guide business development team members, fostering collaboration and accountabilityMonitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure and refine business development effortsStay informed on emerging technologies and shifts in the industry landscapeWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances with measurable impact on revenue and growthFor the Director role:
