You’ll:

Plan and facilitate daily activities, special events, and group programs Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual needs Foster a lively, inclusive community atmosphere Use your creativity to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special moments Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to create joyful moments and help residents thrive through purpose-filled days. What You’ll Bring:
