The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in accounting principles, financial management, and team leadership to drive accurate reporting, ensure compliance, and support business growth initiatives. 📍 Location: Las Vegas, United StatesWhat You'll Do🎯 Review and audit all D&D financial records; conduct forecasting and reporting year-of-year revenues and expenses. 📊 Establish and implement short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 🕵️‍♀️ Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness; implement changes required for improvement.

Identify key drivers of success. 🔍 Monitor all activities of the department, ensuring all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and controls property wide are enforced. 💰 Create and administer departmental operating budget and financial controls. Responsible for financial planning, forecast, labor, and payroll for areas of responsibility. 📈 Stay informed of new developments within the department and make recommendations designed to maximize department and company success. 👩 Supervise 2 Junior GL (General Ledger) Accountants🤝 Promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members, guests, and other third parties.

What We're Looking For✅ Master’s degree in accounting or in a similar discipline✅ Minimum of ten (10) years of general accounting experience, preferably ten (10) years of experience in accounting✅ Experience with large Strip casinos✅ Strong accounting acumen✅ Advanced Excel skills, especially with pivot tables✅ Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and sales/use tax✅ Experience managing P&L (Profit & Loss) line items and validating financials✅ CapEx and project-based accounting experienceReady to lead our financial success? 🚀 Apply now and let's grow together!
