About The RoleA growing technology company based in Bahrain is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in software development projects. This role will support cross-functional teams by analyzing business needs, improving processes, and delivering data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Support project management activities including planning, coordination, and reporting. Evaluate and optimize current business processes and workflows. Design actionable solutions in collaboration with technical teams. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for business leaders.
Conduct industry and competitor research to support strategy. Act as a bridge between business units and developers to ensure alignment. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in tech or digital projects. Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and tools like Power BI or Tableau. Experience in process improvement and translating data into insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive, adaptable mindset—startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus. PMP or project management certification is a plus.
Background in financial services is a bonus. Candidates from APAC and Southeast Asia are strongly preferred.
