Key Responsibilities -Corporate FP&ALead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across the group. Provide insightful management reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, KPIs) to the CFO, CEO, and Board. Perform variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and highlight risks and opportunities. Collaborate with business leaders to support financial strategy and informed decision-making. Investor Relations (IR)Assist the CFO in crafting investor relations strategies and materials for financing and capital market initiatives. Develop investor-oriented financial analyses and valuation models. Contribute to IPO preparedness and support ongoing public company reporting obligations.

Corporate DevelopmentDeliver financial analysis and modeling for M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Construct valuation models (DCF, LBO, Comps) and support due diligence efforts. Assess financial implications of transactions and support deal structuring and integration planning. RequirementsMinimum Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related studies or equivalentMinimally 10 year of experience in e-commerce, retail or consumers good industryPossess good communication and presentation skills to the investors and various stakeholders.
