This role will have the opportunity to contribute in a positive way that will help build a sustainable future for the company and the people of Iraq.The TAR Operations Lead is a role within the company M&E team reporting to the Turnaround, Vessel Remediation and Tank Remediation Manager in the Maintenance & Engineering Function.The incumbent will be responsible for interface of all Operational related activities for Turnaround (TAR), Vessel Remediation (VRP), Tank Remediation (TRP) programs of work and ensuring safe and reliable compliance with Values and Standards.Key AccountabilitiesPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvementChampion the nationalization program by identifying & mentoring Iraqi nationalsHelp to advance local contractors to improve technical & working practices.Interface for TAR, VRP, TRP Operations related activitiesInput to planning and scheduling of TAR, VRP, TRP Operations related activitiesEnsure cross functional engagement in TAR, VRP, TRP Operational related preparationsLogistics and material coordination for Operations related TAR, VRP, TRP activitiesInterface for TAR, VRP, TRP Nitrogen Leak Testing activities between Leak Test contractor and Operations DepartmentReview leak test work packsDefine contractor resource, plant, equipment requirements for TAR, VRP, TRP Operations related activitiesReview of Operational related Cost Time Resource (CTR) submissionsInput to Lessons Learned for TAR, VRP, TRP Operations related activitiesDeveloping relationships with key stakeholdersCapturing non-conformance performance and improvement plans with local contractorsCompletions & Closeout managementQualificationsWhat makes you remarkable? At least 15 years industry experience with 5 years in International multicultural Operational roles across the full value chain of hydrocarbon and water production facilities. Experience of reinstatement of plant following maintenance, including leak testing and purging. Experience in most world environments is preferred.
