Regional Vice President

DescriptionTarantino Properties is a full-service real estate company specializing in income producing real estate. Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States. Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets. Tarantino Properties is looking to add a Regional Vice President in the Multifamily Division.

This individual will bring intellectual and professional values, with a goal to optimize performance and effectiveness, develop new business, establish and maintain relationships (owners, landlords, tenants, and vendors), and achieve financial results which align with the overall corporate goals and objectives. This position reports to the SVP of Multifamily.

ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and maintain positive and successful relationships with owners, landlords, tenants, vendors, and others establishing open and ongoing professional relationshipsProvide visible, ethical leadership across the multifamily platform; ensuring a culture of the highest standards of conduct and demonstrating expectations of unparalleled serviceDevelop and enforce policies and proceduresProven success building a culture of operational accountability across his/her teamDemonstrated results driving and leading transformative strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness and performance management with a large team in multiple marketsRecognizes and anticipates marketplace trends; participates in strategic planning meetingsRequirementsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred8+ years of multifamily property management leadership success with a large portfolioExcellent communication skillsHands-on inspirational leadership styleTrack record of success in leading, coaching, and mentoring teamsThorough knowledge of multifamily property management best practicesHands-on experience with managing a large and/or complex multifamily portfolioAbility and willingness to travel to our markets as neededMust reside in Houston, TXWhy People Love Working HerePeople are at the heart of what we do every day.
