The platform advises and delivers customized equity-based solutions to support clients in executing strategic transactions, financing initiatives, and capital structure optimization. Role Overview:

As a Executive Director/Director, you will play a key client-facing role responsible for originating, structuring, and executing strategic equity transactions for financial sponsors, investment holdings, and family offices across the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving high-impact solutions tailored to the needs of complex and sophisticated institutional clients. Key Responsibilities:

Originate and develop strategic equity opportunities across the capital structure (including margin loans, equity derivatives, and structured solutions etc)Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial sponsors, investment holding companies, and family offices across APACLead end-to-end transaction processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders including ECM, Syndicate, Risk, Legal, and Structuring teamsDeliver bespoke client solutions to support M&A, IPOs, pre-IPO financings, and liquidity managementProvide thought leadership and market insights to clients and internal partners on trends and opportunities within the strategic equity spaceKey Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the investment banking or capital markets industryAt least 5 years of direct experience within a Financial Sponsors Coverage or Strategic Equity/ECM groupDemonstrated track record of originating and executing strategic equity transactions across the APAC regionDeep understanding of financial sponsor dynamics, equity capital markets, and structured equity solutionsStrong relationship management, communication, and execution skillsTeam-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detailPreferred Qualifications: Prior experience at a leading global investment bank with established sponsor coverageFamiliarity with APAC regulatory frameworks and cross-border transaction structuringMandarin or another Asian language is a plus but not required
