We believe in empowering our people so they can become more confident, thrive and fulfil their potential, of course whilst having fun and learning new skills!And, we’re on the hunt for new and ambitious talent… fancy joining us?About The RoleAs a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll be working on major projects for globally recognised organisations.

You will take on real-world problems for global clients, blending data analytics with strategic acumen from day one, whilst receiving continuous support and training to aid in your development. At Ipsos Data Labs we place huge emphasis on the collection and structuring of information and utilise a variety of technologies to assist with the ETL process. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing these automated systems and processes while helping to implement best practice throughout the organisation.

You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself to fully utilise your capabilities, supporting our commercial teams in developing methods to present and explain complex analysis in a straight-forward, easy to understand way. As part of this role, you will be enrolled in our graduate scheme which will support you through the first 18 months of your time at Ipsos Data Labs. The scheme will provide you with a structured programme, continuous mentorship, training and hands-on assignments to propel your understanding of data’s impact in the business landscape.

1 bachelor’s degree in a STEM subjectIdeally, an A Level in Math or Economics (Grade A / 7 or above preferable)Programming experience is preferred but not essentialSkills you'll developAdvanced Excel, Python and SQL SkillsFront-End Data Visualisation DevelopmentData-driven Commercial StorytellingMarketing ROI and Digital Analytics SkillsAdvanced Presentation SkillsA Typical Day. . . RequiredThe role of our Data Analysts varies depending on the client and project they’ve been assigned to, but typically you’ll be required to: Engage with extensive data sets using advanced data mining and predictive analytics techniques to uncover and communicate insights.

Design and optimise data processing systems to support data-driven decision-making processes. Develop compelling data visualisations and dashboards that translate complex analyses into actionable strategies. Foster collaborative relationships across teams to innovate and enhance commercial solutions.
