At Delphi, we are committed to assisting our esteemed clients meet and exceed regulatory standards and deliver exceptional care to their service users.Job DetailsReports To: Task Force Team LeadDirect Reports: NoneDue to the rapid growth, Delphi Care Solutions Task Force team are looking for quality and passionate health and social care professionals to share their skills and knowledge with health and social care providers.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate with operational care home experience as Task Force Executive , who wants to grow their career and who will play a key role in providing consultancy services to healthcare organisations to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards for all health and social care sectors and positively support clients.The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess current care practices, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies to enhance quality of care. This role requires excellent communication and report writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders within a multi-disciplinary team.In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for:Quality related site visits across a range of services ie mock inspections, due diligence. Preparing detailed reports and documentation summarising findings, recommendations, and progress towards achieving compliance goalsCare quality enhancement, guidance and practical solutions for failing servicesRegistered Manager and Senior management mentoring and coachingGeneral and specific governance and quality systemsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clinical staff, and regulatory bodies, to drive continuous improvement in quality and complianceAnalysing data, documentation, and feedback to identify areas of non-compliance or improvement opportunitiesSupporting with Interim and Turnaround Management to care providersPreparing action plans and collating evidence of improvements and corresponding with ICBs, Local Authorities and CQCAbout YouAs a Task Force Executive, you will be a highly organised individual, able to assess current practices and identify areas for improvement in an efficient way within our exciting and fast-paced projects. You must possess the ability to effectively work both on your own and as part of a team and hold good verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work under pressure, be responsible and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. You must be analytical, possess the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, make decisions in line with what you deem is achievable, and thereafter deliver it.RequirementsBachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferredMinimum of 2-3 years senior care home operational management work experienceIn-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and inspection processesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patternsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organizationProven ability to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and drive organizational change - working across various health and social care providersAccess to own vehicle with full UK driving licenceAble to travel nationally and stay overnight Enhanced DBS registered with the rolling update systemBenefits25 Annual Leave Days (Excluding Bank Holidays)
