The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital banking platforms, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery of digital channel initiatives, including internet banking, mobile banking, and onboarding solutions using Backbase. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure successful and timely delivery. Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and the Backbase vendor team.
Ensure alignment with customer experience goals, technical architecture, and security standards. Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and escalating where necessary. Conduct project retrospectives and support continuous improvement initiatives.
