If you have hands-on experience with firewalls, proxies, and 2FA, and love working in a dynamic tech environment—this is for you!Key Responsibilities: Manage and support perimeter security tools like Firewall, Proxy, 2FA on client infrastructure. Handle change and support requests, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the SOC team.
Provide onsite hands-and-feet support and collaborate with vendors. Prepare regular reports and ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years of experience in Networking & Perimeter Security. Proficiency in at least 2 firewall products (Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate). Experience with Proxy tools like Bluecoat or Zscaler. Strong understanding of IT Security tools and the ITIL framework. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Industry certifications (preferred but not mandatory). 📍 Location: Chennai - RMZ🕒 Flexibility: 24/7 shift
