Your Perspectives and AssignmentsWork across the Nordic Innovation focus areas—AI & Automation, Sustainability, Digital Solutions & Data—and assist the team in shaping solutions that matter to our clients. Bring the Stockholm Pace Studio to life: assist with studio set‑up, tech checks and fresh demo experiences that wow visiting customers.

Coordinate recurring innovation touch‑points: keep our monthly Lunch‑&‑Learn sessions and Innovation Champion meet‑ups running smoothly (invites, room bookings, follow‑ups). Energise the Nordic innovation ecosystem: actively scout and expand a living map of start‑ups, universities and research labs; schedule first conversations and help stage joint events or guest lectures. Support flagship events & workshops: prepare materials, manage on‑site details and capture insights for customer round‑tables, hackathons and design sprints. Shift insights into action:

conduct fast desk‑research on industries, competitors and emerging tech; craft crisp briefing slides or one‑page summaries that feed directly into client workshops. Keep the engine running: update shared calendars, action lists and internal SharePoint pages so the whole team stays in sync. Join conferences and community meet‑ups to deepen your understanding of AI, sustainability and digital innovation themes, then bring those insights back to the team. Your QualificationsEnrolled in a Bachelor’s (minimum 2nd year) or Master’s programe in Business, Engineering, Design, Innovation Management or similar.

Awareness (or experience) of digital technology, AI‑enabled solutions and sustainability trends; able to explain why a breakthrough matters in clear, simple language. Hands‑on experience organizing events or student projects: comfortable juggling logistics, deadlines and stakeholders. Solid command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Miro; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma for quick visuals is a plus. Structured, proactive and eager to learn. Ready to work in an international, fast‑moving environment.

Business‑fluent in English and Swedish, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a talent for networking across disciplines.
