Responsibility: Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist staff with visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations. Provide consultation on visa types, work permit requirements, and Thai immigration regulations. Prepare and review required documents to ensure compliance with government regulations. Liaise with relevant government authorities, such as the Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labor, and Board of Investment (BOI). Responsible / assist on re-entry permits, visa extensions, and 90-day reportingMaintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met. Provide solutions for any visa or work permit-related issues. Willing to support for other administrative tasksQualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in visa and work permit processing. Strong knowledge of Thai immigration laws and work permit regulations. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with non-Thai staff. Responsible, service-minded, and proactive.
