We're looking for a highly motivated and technically adept Sales and Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in engineering, particularly Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives, managing international relationships, and providing essential technical assistance, especially for our automotive sector clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement & Follow-up: Actively support the sales team in pre-sales activities, including preparing technical presentations and proposals, and diligently follow up on active sales leads to ensure progression. Customer Relationship Management (International Focus):
Sustain and enhance existing customer relationships in alignment with company policies and strategies. This includes regular communication with international colleagues’ word-wide, particularly regarding order statuses and technical inquiries. Order Management & Logistics Coordination: Monitor and track existing orders with our international factories in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and India, providing customers with timely updates on production plans and delivery schedules. Coordinate and track shipping documentation, ensuring accurate and prompt sharing with customers. Technical Support for Automotive Sector: Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of all periodic sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a strong preference for Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. New graduate or a maximum of 5 years of professional experience. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective international communication. Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for reporting and presentations. Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems (e. g.
, SAP, Salesforce) is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, open to communication, and a natural team player. Eager to learn and committed to continuous self-development in technical and sales domains. Holds a Class B driving license and has no restrictions on domestic or international travel.
