Executive Assistant - $55,000 to $80,000 plus bonus (HYBRID work schedule)Excellent opportunity for a growing, family-owned business near the Mount Joy / Marietta / Elizabethtown suburbs of Lancaster County. This role provides administrative support to the owners of the business. With the owners frequently traveling, this role will also serve as “Office Manager”. Key responsibilities will include strategically managing calendars and daily / weekly agendas to ensure the owners are maximizing productivity.
This includes the coordination and scheduling of client meetings, travel logistics, organizing and scheduling internal meetings, acting as the central point for all client presentation and meeting materials and managing special projects / reporting for the company. This position requires a candidate who is a “self starter” with strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and good systems (PC) skills. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast paced, shifting priority environment. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role is preferred.
