Job Descriptions: Field Sales Planning: Maintain collaboration with Marketing and Sales Support to gather material needed (i. e. , presentations, brochures, etc. ) that support the sales cycleEnsure Sales Support is aligned on requirements such as documents collection, quotation issuance timeline, etc. Follow up on insights and recommendations communicated by Sales Excellence and Quality to ensure all customer pain points are addressed. Field Sales Operations: Engage in meetings with key potential customers while leveraging due diligence to optimize sales approach and increase chances of sales closure.
Follow up on advice and consultancy delivered to potential customer and provide guidance for large accounts advisory to ensure awareness on Tawuniya’s value proposition and productsEngage in visits to customer premises when needed and provide guidance for policy negotiationsReview new potential leads and consolidate list based on referrals, type of industry/field, etc. Review sales performance reports and devise improvements accordingly to enhance field sales activitiesPolicies, Procedures and Processes: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance productivity, attain high quality outputs, and cost effective results in line with relevant regulatory requirements.
Supervise day-to-day activities ensuring compliance with stipulated policies, procedures and processes, and escalate identified non-compliance casesPeople Management: Participate in the acquisition and selection of potential new talent, and integration of new joiners and provide sufficient on the job training. Contribute to setting team members’ objectives, clarifying expectations, reviewing performance periodically, providing regular feedback, coaching, and confronting unsatisfactory behavior or performanceSupport in identifying team members’ development requirements, and the evaluation of learning interventions’ effectiveness on performanceContribute to managing team members working plans e. g. , leaves, working hours and etc. Promote a productive working environmentQualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in insurance or sales field with preferably 1 year of experience in supervisory position
