Company DescriptionTaxVisors Nepal is a newly established tax and accounting firm in Kathmandu, Nepal, specializing in providing tax and accounting consultancies to small and medium enterprises and with major focus on startups.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for our office located in Tinkune, Kathmandu. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, analyzing financial statements, and visiting government offices as required. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, providing advice on tax matters, and supporting the partner of the firm with related tasks.QualificationsBasic knowledge of Income tax, VAT laws of Nepal Basic knowledge of bCompliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax processesStrong understanding of Financial Statements and their analysisDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldShould have at least one year experience of working in audit firm in Nepal
