Tax Accountant (Trading)

Responsibilies:Tax Guidance & ComplianceAdvise and guide staff on tax regulations, especially VAT.Assist store employees with issuing sales invoices and correcting errors.Accounting & Tax ReportingRecord transactions, prepare tax declarations, and generate reports.Reconcile daily revenue with VAT invoices and check input/output tax schedules.Prepare monthly consolidated VAT reports for the company and branches.File VAT, contractor tax, withholding tax, and request tax refunds when applicable.Investigate and report invalid invoices.Maintain reports on accounting accounts (revenue, taxes, etc.).Liaison with Tax AuthoritiesHandle tax-related correspondence and documentation.Communicate directly with tax authorities and participate in audits or settlements.Financial & Management ReportingSupervise accounting entries and reconcile data across departments.Prepare management and financial reports.Other ResponsibilitiesPrepare documents for new investment incentives or entity registrations.Ensure transparency and accuracy of accounting data.Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager or Executive Board.B. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing in companies with professional accounting systems.Experience in companies with annual revenue ≥ VND 100 billion and > 300 SKUs.Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and guidance.Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software.English proficiency: minimum B level (reading & writing).C.
