Tax & Accounting Manager

Key responsibilitiesPrepare timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS .Coordination and tracking of the relevant timetable and hyperinflationary accounting.Managing a team of 4-6 associates (including international employees)Manage account reconciliation process (Preparation & Review) to ensure strong supporting evidence is maintained for all Balance Sheet account balancesSupport of the audit process with the external auditorsEnsure compliance with local tax legislation, authorities (VAT & Corporate Tax) and internal Company Transfer Pricing policies together with the Tax SpecialistOwner of selected Internal ControlsQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience relevant to finance and accounting with continuously increased responsibility, including people management.Strong knowledge in accounting principles for local, US GAAP and IFRSAudit/Accounting company experience is preferredDeep understanding of accounting procedures, business processes and operationsStrong communication and presentation skillsPrior people skills to manage and develop team (Minimum 5 years of management role)Fluency in English both oral and written
