Tax and Accounting Manager

Position: Tax and Accounting ManagerJob location: Bucharest, Romania; on site, full timeWHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDEDSupport the China Tax and Accounting Department in completing tax and audit activities, including VAT, CIT, copy tax, tax inspection, audit and other applicable local taxes.Support local tax and accounting risk management together with the CFO, based on understanding of business activities, to ensure the company’s compliance with local tax and accounting rules/regulations.Explain local tax and accounting rules/implications to non-tax staff and assist various stakeholders (CFO, head office tax team and business teams) on an ad-hoc basis.Collaborate and negotiate with local tax authorities and external consulting firms.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORDegree in tax/accounting/finance.Knowledge of tax and accounting.Proven work experience in tax or accounting fields for 4+ years.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-cultural team spirit of cooperation, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.Proficient in excel and computer literate in general; knowledge of ANAF system.Languages: proficiency in English and Romanian.ANAF/Big Four experience and relevant tax/accounting qualification is preferred.WHAT ARE YOUR BENEFITSFriendly atmosphere and team spirit;Interesting and fast-paced international work environment;Flexible, open management and a dedicated team;Opportunity for self-realization in a company with great potential.We celebrate diversity & Inclusion and are committed to build teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
