Tax and Finance Administrator

We are seeking a Finance Administrator with strong accounting and taxation knowledge to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will handle day-to-day finance operations, support tax reporting, and contribute to efficient financial workflows that meet the evolving needs of a fintech environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable processesAssist in preparing monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliationsMaintain accurate records of invoices, tax documents, and financial transactionsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (e.g., VAT, PPh) and liaise with tax consultants as neededMonitor compliance with local tax regulations and changes in taxation lawsHandle general ledger updates and ensure proper documentation of all financial activitiesAssist in internal and external audits by providing supporting documentationCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processingMaintain and organize digital filing systems for financial and tax recordsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration (experience in fintech or startups is a plus)Solid understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standardsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar)Strong MS Excel skills and attention to numerical detailHigh level of integrity and ability to manage confidential informationGood communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
