Summary We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll support business tax engagements, collaborate with team members, and deliver high-quality work to clients. Key responsibilitiesParticipate in business tax engagements.Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating team members on progress.Maintain high quality and professional standards.Assist in preparing reports that will be delivered to client.Take the initiative to expand level of responsibility.Collaborate on business tax engagements, supporting clients across a range of industries.Work closely with team members, sharing responsibility, maintaining open communication, and updating progress regularly.Ensure all work meets high professional and quality standards.Manage deadlines and complete assignments efficiently.Show initiative by taking on new responsibilities and expanding your role.What you bring to the role A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (client and cross-border communication required).Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex work environment.A collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.A growth-oriented mindset: curious, proactive, and purpose-driven.Respect for diverse perspectives and the ability to foster an inclusive team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.A high level of energy, adaptability, and a willingness to go above and beyond.What We Offer:We provide the tools, support, and flexibility you need to create a meaningful career.
