Tax Manager

Sour Sally Group (Food & Beverage Industry) is looking for a Tax Manager to join our growing team! This role will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related matters within the company group, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations, and providing strategic recommendations for efficient tax management. Job Requirement :Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3.00), majoring in Taxation/Accounting/Fiscal Administration.Minimum 6 years of experience in taxation (preferably in F&B, Retail, or FMCG).Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, CoreTax system, and PB1 processes.Proficiency in English (including strong presentation skills).Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated.Strong knowledge in withholding tax art 21, art 23, art 15, art 26, art 4 (2), art 25, art 29, VAT.Knowing how to use tax applications (E-Tax Invoice, E-SPT, E-Bupot and DJP Online).Having Brevet A, B & C certificate.ResponsibilitiesProvide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns, formulate tax strategies to maximize the company's tax benefit plan and provide professional tax advice for senior management's business strategy and investment decisionFind and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedureMaintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax processReview tax returns and quarterly /yearly tax projections.Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.Liaise with tax auditor to respond to any audit requirementlead tax litigation process (Objection, appeal, supreme)Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company federal tax returns and the accuratecan make TP Doc/Transfer Pricing Documentation report is preferred
