Tax Planning Director

Salary: €100,000 +Location: South DublinClient: Growing Southside PracticeAmicus have been engaged by a growing Southside based Practice who seek to attract a talented Tax Director to compliment their existing team. The role will largely be a Tax Planning focused role and the firm can further offer flexible working arrangements. The role will largely focus on corporate re-organisation's (share for share swaps, insertion of corporate structures, hive outs etc) and investment structures. Project managing tax planning assignments to ensure timely deliveryResearching technical queries and preparing reports and advisory lettersReviewing client base to identify tax planning opportunitiesThe Person:Self motivated individual who wishes to work in a growing and dynamic practice on high level planning assignmentsOrganised with a strong focus on delivering projects in a timely mannerDemonstrable relationship management skillsPrior people and practice management experience required.
