We connect top LATAM talent with U.S.-based firms — and we’re looking for a talented Tax Preparer / Tax Accountant to support one of our amazing clients.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tax Associate to join our team and support our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing and reviewing individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations, and delivering high-quality client service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review U.S. individual (1040), partnerships, and corporate (1120/1120-S) tax returns.Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax laws.Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify tax-related matters.Assist in tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and filing requirements.Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines during peak tax season.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3+ years of U.S. tax preparation and review experience (both individuals and corporations).Strong knowledge of IRS forms, tax codes, and filing procedures.Experience with tax preparation software (e.g., Drake, ProSeries, UltraTax, or similar).Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.Nice to HaveCPA license or EA certification.Experience working with remote, cross-border teams.What We Offer100% remote position.Competitive salary in USD.Opportunity to work with U.S.-based clients.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
