We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.About the Role: Manage and oversee the company's Tax related task (VAT Filling & Corporate Tax) and compliance in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities:Demonstrate a solid understanding of UAE corporate tax regulations and independently handle tax filing, working closely with the accounting team.Handle intercompany and transfer pricing transactions, ensuring full compliance with relevant tax requirements.Independently liaise with the FTA (Federal Tax Authority) for tax inquiries and audits, including preparing supporting documentation and explaining transaction structures.Lead the tax refund application process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.Design and optimize the company’s tax processes, covering VAT filing, corporate tax calculation, transfer pricing treatment, tax refund procedures, and tax documentation management to ensure compliance and efficiency.Collaborate with finance, legal, business, and IT teams to standardize and automate tax processes.Monitor and interpret UAE and international tax regulation changes, evaluate their impact on business operations, and provide optimization recommendations.Support annual audits, ensuring all tax and accounting treatments comply with IFRS and local regulations.Provide tax planning and risk management advice to management, supporting group-level tax strategy implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, taxation, or related fields.Minimum 3-5 years of practical UAE tax experience; preferably has experience in automotive companies or multinational companies in Dubai Free Zone.Solid knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and free zone tax regulations.Familiar with IFRS and able to collaborate effectively with accounting teams.Proven experience in dealing with FTA inquiries and tax audits.Hands-on experience with transfer pricing and tax refund processes.Strong ability to design and improve tax processes.Proficient in English; Mandarin or Arabic language skills are a plus.Strong sense of responsibility, compliance mindset, and excellent communication skills.Able to work independently with minimal supervision/self-driven and accountable for end-to-end tax deliverables.
