With our own private factory, we guarantee superior product quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.We’re seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and strengthen our brands in the beauty industry.Position: Tax StaffPlacement: Alam Sutera, TangerangJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or any related majorMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same roleStrong understanding of accounting systems and administrative proceduresHaving Brevet A & B certificationIn-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax rates, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 15, PPh 22, PPh 26, VAT (PPN), and PPh Gross UpProficient in e-Billing for tax payments and experienced in using Coretax and tax-related applications.Ability to prepare Return Notes, Withholding Tax Slips, and tax reports (PPh & PPN).Proficient in computer operations and common office software (Coretax, SAP Business One, SAP)Detail-oriented, agile, and responsive, with excellent communication skillsWilling to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)Job Responsibilities:Tax Compliance and Documentation: Verify supporting documents for tax calculations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Organize, maintain, and archive all tax-related documentation and filings.Tax Calculation and Reporting: Calculate and withhold taxes on applicable transactions. Prepare tax and VAT summaries, including generating CSV files for internal and external reporting.Invoice and Tax Document Management: Create and manage input and output tax invoices. Draft tax refund letters and handle return notes for both purchases and sales.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate tax-related matters with distributors, vendors, and outlets.Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Conduct issue analysis using PICA methodology.
