Our global mobility trainees assist with various aspects of global mobility matters, including tax, social security and relocation. During the tax busy season in the spring, our trainees with tax focus often assist with drafting tax returns. The role provides a great insight into the global mobility field as the focus area will vary throughout the traineeship based on personal interest and where support is needed throughout the year.Possible responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Drafting individual tax returns and tax applications. Drafting tax calculations. Supporting the team with other global mobility related matters as needed. Qualifications You have studied in the fields of law or economics and business administration (e.g., OTM, KTM) in Finland, or equivalent studies abroad. You have completed at least 2 years of studies. You have got strong written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and in English. Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze the data. We value personal interest in global mobility and tax as well as experience from living/working/studying abroad. Related work experience for example from the relevant authorities or other global mobility consulting firms. Additional InformationWe Are Offering Incredibly interesting newly created environment.
