Sprintax is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing UX team and help deliver intuitive, user-centred experiences for our Dividends product — an ambitious growth opportunity in the fintech space. You'll work closely with product leadership and our Senior Product Designer to design end-to-end experiences for complex tax workflows. This role involves designing for multiple user types across detailed financial processes. You'll collaborate directly with product managers, engineering teams, tax experts, support, and customers to create intuitive solutions for inherently complex regulatory requirements.
