We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 3-4 years' experience to drive our digital presence and support our ambitious growth plans. Candidates should be able to travel either to Varna or to VT office one per week.
PurposeThe Digital Marketing Executive will own and manage the Fintua corporate website and all associated digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns—including website management, SEO, PPC, email and paid media—to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You will be expected to independently run PPC campaigns, own tracking and reporting and demonstrate proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, running campaigns both natively and in collaboration with agencies. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure all digital activity is aligned with business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite ManagementOwn the ongoing development, optimisation, and performance of the Fintua website (WordPress), including building new pages, updating content (in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager) and enhancing functionalityManage website content in collaboration with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and other teams, ensuring messaging is current and campaign-alignedDevelop and execute a website traffic growth plan, set and monitor KPIs, and optimise for SEO and user experienceMaintain consistent, engaging brand messaging across all digital touchpointsOversee the company resource centre, newsletter and regular website updatesDigital Channel ManagementDevelop and execute strategies for all digital channels, including:
