Company OverviewTaylor Hopkinson has partnered with a leading international solar energy developer is seeking an experienced Country Manager, responsible for leading its operations, project execution, and strategic growth across the renewable energy, data center, and emerging business sectors in the country. Responsibilities: Manage and provide direction to the heads of Development, EPC, and Grid Connection, ensuring the successful delivery of key projects on time, within budget, and to high standards. Lead business operations and strategic initiatives in the country, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Drive the growth of solar projects, exploring new opportunities and markets while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsible for financial performance, including revenue and cost control, ensuring that financial goals are met and driving cost optimization. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory authorities, project partners, and local communities. Guide the strategy for market expansion, evaluating market trends, and advising senior leadership on growth initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering, law, construction management, project management or related disciplines. More than 10 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within the renewable energy or energy sector.

Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in local market with understanding of local regulations, permitting processes, and industry trends. Fluent in both English and Korean
