The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the labor market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in recruitment. Responsibilities: ✔ Negotiating job placements with companies in Croatia✔ Securing employment for candidates✔ Assisting with employment contracts & work permit registration✔ Providing consulting support as neededPayment Structure (Total €1,150 per successful placement):
€150 – When a job position is secured (contract signed/work permit applied)€450 – When the work permit is issued€650 – Final payment upon visa issuanceNote: We handle visa applications; you’ll provide email/phone support when needed. Work permit registration is done by the employer (you may assist or hire a lawyer).
